MCC’s ‘Mermaid Tales’ opens Friday at the Yard
The MCC Theater Department will present “Lies, Gales and Mermaid Tales….” Its two-week run opens Friday at the Yard & Loop Brewing Co. Taproom in McCook, 801 West C, Suite 5B. Performances are Friday and Saturday at 7 p.m. and Sunday at 6 p.m.

MCC Theater announces auditions for a swashbuckling comedy sequel
Auditions for MCC’s “Swashbuckling Scallywags at the Bilgewater Inn and Groggery” will be Sunday, Feb. 26, Monday, Feb. 27 and Tuesday, Feb 28 from 5-7 p.m. at the Weeth Theatre in Tipton Hall on the campus.
NPCC Electrical Technology program to benefit from North Platte Giving Day
Donations to the North Platte Community College Foundation on Giving Day will be put toward a new building for the college’s Electrical Technology program.
